【2023.09 Update】Allow or restrict room entry with the "Display Name" field

We would like to inform you of a feature update regarding the video calling system.
Allow or restrict room entry with the "Display Name" field
A "Display Name" field has been added to the "Set Up Devices” screen that is displayed when entering a room for the first time. With this field, users choose a name that will be displayed to others on the call.
Inputting a Display Name is optional by default, but it can be made a requirement for all participants. By disabling entry if the Display Name field is left blank, you can prevent users from entering a room using "Anonymous ×××."
If you would like to make a display name mandatory, please contact the person in charge.

・Companies that have many calls with people whose faces and names do not match
