Bellbird Releases its First Major Update!
Bellbird is a service for corporations that provides video calling systems and online English materials on an OEM basis.
The service, which specializes in online lessons, has completed a major update that further accelerates its strengths. We will explain these updates in detail below.
Video Call System Update
The video call system is Bellbird's most used service.
This update includes the addition of a variety of features that will make online lessons even more effective.
New Feature 1：Tab Function
The tab function feature incorporates tabs, which are similar to internet browser tabs, into video calls.
By having frequently used functions such as materials/documents, whiteboards, and screen sharing, in accessible separate tabs on the call screen, users can now freely move efficiently between each function during calls.
New Feature 2：Floating Video Function for Smartphone
This update adds floating video, where the other party's video screen is always displayed at the bottom right. This makes it possible to see the other person's facial expressions while using these functions.
Floating video will be automatically displayed when using screen sharing/whiteboard/document viewing/image enlargement. Also, floating video can be turned on/off with a tap.
Online English Materials Update
We have also added new features to our original Engoo materials that businesses can use as their own during calls.
New feature：AI Audio
Engoo Daily News publishes multiple articles every day. As part of our materials update, we have added AI audio to the main text section of the articles so readers can now listen to the text..
Participants can practice listening and shadowing even outside of lesson time using high-quality, natural-sounding audio, as if a native speaker were reading the article to them.
Participants can also choose the speed of the audio from 5 options, so they can tailor the experience to their ability. The audio can also be downloaded, allowing for self-study in an offline environment.

New English Material：Emily & Grandpa Gus Travel the World
“Emily & Grandpa Gus Travel the World” is now available, bringing an adventurous new twist to the original English materials called “English for Kids”!
This new teaching material provides 20 lessons for students with Level 4 English ability, and follows the theme of travel.
