【2023.12 Update】Possible to download the audio recordings

We would like to inform you of a feature update regarding the video calling system.
Possible to download the audio recordings
Before, users could only listen to audio recordings after a call ended. However, Bellbird has now been updated with a download function, allowing audio to be downloaded from either the user screen or the admin screen.
Excellent for:
・Companies that want to provide audio files to users
・Companies that want to share audio files with people who do not have access rights to the admin screen
・Companies that want to share audio files with people who do not have access rights to the admin screen
