Bellbird Official
(Updated )
Thank you for your continued patronage.
We would like to inform you of a feature update regarding the video calling system.
Everyday internet browsers use tabs. This allows users to have multiple sites open at the same time and access them quickly when needed.
Now, participants can use this tab function even within Bellbird video calls!
By clicking the "+" button at the top of the screen, participants can select content to open in a separate tab. There are a maximum of four types of content to choose from:
Please note that content that is hidden due to settings or contract details will not be displayed.
In addition, content uploaded to the call screen such as PDF files and images included in materials/documents will be displayed in a new tab when clicked.
With the previous system, participants could only click on an image to temporarily enlarge it, but couldn't keep it enlarged for the rest of the call.
However, with the new system, any image can be kept open as a separate tab. Additionally, images and documents can be modified by all participants within the video call and can be saved at the end.
1.Display the hidden tabs using the < > icon.
If you have many tabs, the "< >" icon will appear next to the "+" icon.
2. Tabs with duplicate content will not be opened
If you try to open the same content as a teaching material or image file that is already open (for example, if you click on the same image in a chat), that content will not open in a new tab.
A second participant attempting to open a tab with the same content will be redirected to the already open tab. This reduces the number of tabs participants open and makes them easier to manage.
3. Tab names can be changed
Call participants can double-click a tab to rename it. If participants have multiple images, whiteboards, etc. open, they can use this feature to make the content in that tab easier to understand.
4. See which participants are in different tabs
Tabs that are viewed by separate participants are displayed with a human icon.
This allows the call host and other participants to see at a glance which participants are in a different tab than the content being discussed on the call.
Also, when call participants hover their mouse over a tab containing a participant, the participant's name will be displayed.
Thank you for reading. We will continue to use your feedback as a basis for more improvements in the future. If you have any concerns, requests or questions, please feel free to contact us by clicking the button below.
