It might be time to replace it.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>We also say that communication between people or organizations \u201cbreaks down\u201d when it's not friendly or smooth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Communication between the two countries has been <strong>breaking down<\/strong> for years.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Even <em>people<\/em> can break down when their emotions (such as anxiety or sadness) become too much to handle in a healthy way.
