Don\u2019t forget to use \u201cplease\u201d!<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"unified-block unified-sentences block-align-none\"><strong class=\"unified-sentences-title\">We need to send this document to the client today. Please review it as quickly as you can and let me know when you\u2019re finished.<\/strong><\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Id_appreciate_it_if_you_could_hurry\"><\/span><strong>I\u2019d appreciate it if you could hurry<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Using \u201cappreciate\u201d shows that you are thanking the person for moving quickly. Expressions like this are mostly used when speaking to someone with a lower rank or position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to make sure this is expressed in a friendly way, you\u2019ll need to have a polite tone of voice and facial expression.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"unified-block unified-sentences block-align-none\"><strong class=\"unified-sentences-title\">Can you deliver these documents to the finance department, please? Again, it\u2019s best if you have a higher position than the person you\u2019re speaking with, but you can combine it with some other expressions to make it sound softer.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"unified-block unified-sentences block-align-none\"><strong class=\"unified-sentences-title\">I\u2019m sorry to trouble you, but I\u2019ll need that before I leave the office today.<\/strong><\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ASAP\"><\/span><strong>ASAP<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a common <a href=\"https:\/\/engoo.com\/blog\/language-tips\/old-english-acronyms-that-are-still-popular-today\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">acronym<\/a> that is short for \u201cas soon as possible.\u201d It is also the most direct way to request something quickly on our list. In both work and everyday situations, priority tasks are completed before everything else.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"unified-block unified-sentences block-align-none\"><strong class=\"unified-sentences-title\">I know you have other things to work on, but this project is a priority now.<\/strong><\/div>\n\n\n<p>You can also use the verb form \u201cprioritize.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"unified-block unified-sentences block-align-none\"><strong class=\"unified-sentences-title\">Could you prioritize this assignment before working on other tasks?
