The cost of the lesson is deducted automatically from your credit card every month. Each month consists of 30 days from the date of subscription. Your monthly payment will occur 30 days from the last payment. Plans can not be changed while subscribed.
6-month and 12-month plans:
The full amount will be charged at the time of purchase. Tickets will be distributed at the beginning of each month during your subscription. These are set term plans and do not automatically recur. Plans can not be changed while subscribed.
Extra Lesson tickets & transfer tickets expire after 30 days. Unused tickets will not rollover to the next month and are non-refundable.
Lesson bookings are limited to one active booking at a time. You will be able to book your next lesson once your existing lesson has started. (Exception: the two lessons per day plan can book two lessons at a time and have two lessons per day.)
If you are subscribed to the monthly plans and have decided that you do not want to continue with the service, please make sure to cancel your subscription by clicking on the "unsubscribe" button in your Account Profile settings. If you unsubscribe before your next payment, you will not be charged automatically.
Worldpay allows you to pay with your credit card, however sometimes the credit card company can charge you a fee for making an international transaction. This fee depends on your bank.
Payments can be made via Visa or Master Card.
Lessons can be booked up to 15 minutes before the start time.
Lessons can be cancelled up to the lesson's start time, however only those cancelled up to 30 minutes before the lesson start time will receive a return ticket.
If a tutor can not hold the lesson for the requested schedule, the student will receive a transfer ticket to reschedule their lesson with the same or different tutor.

Monthly subscriptions within 7 days from the first payment date: 100% refund if the student has not taken any lessons.
After 7 days from the first payment or any subsequent payments: it is non-refundable unless there was a technical issue on Engoo.
The refund policy is only valid for the first month of the monthly subscriptions. Refunds are not given from the second payment onwards. You will be automatically charged for the subscription every month until you cancel, whether you have taken the corresponding lessons or not. You must cancel your subscription before the plan renews for the month (see your account page for more information). Refunds must be requested to Customer Support.
6-month and 12-month plans are non-refundable unless there is a technical issue on Engoo that prevents using the system for the duration of the plan.
Extra Lesson tickets expire after 30 days and are non-refundable.
