NATIVE PLAN This is the best option for the students who want to acquire an advanced level of English. You can learn with all tutors, including the natives.

*Extra Lessons are only available to students who are already subscribed to a plan.
*Students who are subscribed to the Standard plan can purchase Standard Extra Lessons and students who are subscribed to the Native plan can purchase both Extra Standard Lessons and Extra Native Lessons.
The cost of the classes is deducted automatically from your credit card every month. Each month consists of 30 days from the date of subscription. Your monthly payment will occur 30 days from the last payment.
Extra Lesson tickets & transfer tickets expire after 30 days. Unused tickets will not rollover to the next month.
There are no limitations for daily lessons booking.
If you do not want to continue with the service, please make sure to cancel your subscription by clicking on the "unsubscribe" button in your Account Profile settings. If you unsubscribe before your next payment, you will not be charged automatically.
If you wish to change your subscription plan, purchase a new plan from the subscription page. You will keep your unused lessons from the original plan plus get lessons from the new plan. Your next payment will be for the new plan and it will be automatically deducted 30 days from the purchase of the new plan.
Worldpay allows you to pay with your credit card, however sometimes the credit card company can charge you a fee for making an international transaction. This fee depends on your bank.
Payments can be made via Visa, Master Card or American Express.
Lessons can be booked up to 15 minutes before the start time.
Cancellations must be done 30 minutes before the lesson starts.
If a tutor can not hold the lesson for the requested schedule, the student will receive a transfer ticket to reschedule their lesson with the same or different tutor.

Subscriptions within 7 days from the payment date: 100% refund if the student has not taken any lessons. (Extra Lessons can not be refunded)
Subscriptions after 7 days from the payment date: Non-refundable unless there was a technical issue on Engoo.
Extra Lesson tickets expire after 30 days and are non-refundable.
The refund policy is only valid for the first month of subscription. Refunds are not given from the second payment onwards. You will be automatically charged for the subscription every month until you cancel, whether you have taken the corresponding lessons or not. You must cancel your subscription before the plan renews for the month (see your account page for more information). Refunds must be requested to Customer Support.
