I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. My hobbies include reading books, cooking , baking and playing with my nieces and nephews. I have worked in the BPO industry for more than 8 years. My job is to help customers with their different inquiries. I follow-up their orders and help them with other inquiries. I have been with sales as well, processing orders and helping customers choose the best mobile phones for them. I became an ESL tutor because I have the passion to help learners with their English proficiency. With my contribution I can help them to have a better opportunity in their career.
