Hello! I took a Bachelor of Science in Geography at the University of the Philippines-Diliman. While still studying, I worked in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) to support my education.

I have nearly ten years of experience working in the BPO industry. I am passionate about effective communication and love talking to customers; resolving their questions and problems was always my greatest satisfaction.

The BPO environment helped me develop strong communication skills, foster relationships, and understand cultural differences—all valuable for tutoring! I am excited about this industry and eager to learn more about being an English tutor. I look forward to working with new cultures and spending my time helping you succeed!
