My name is Leah, I live in Portugal. I enjoy helping local people learn and improve their English language skills. The rest of the time I am busy using my skills as a horticulturist designing and creating edible gardens. I also run workshops on growing food sustainably with the local community. In my free time, I enjoy reading and researching sustainable practices and experimenting with new ideas. I love to go out walking and explore the local mountains and river valleys. I also enjoy listening to music from different cultures whilst cooking all kinds of dishes inspired by world cuisine.
