My love of the English language began with a passion for books at a young age. As well as reading, many years of travelling has given me an interest in cooking cuisine from all over the world, as well as various jobs in the food industry. Like language, I enjoy how food brings people together. I have now made my home in Portugal. Learning the language was a challenge at first, but it feels such an achievement to speak and be understood! I think my background in travel, experiencing different cultures and communicating makes me an effective tutor in a relaxed and fun environment whilst meeting new people.
