Hello! My name is Jade. I have a strong background in both education and professional communication. My qualifications include an NVQ in Childcare and Education, which gave me professional experience working in primary and secondary schools. This taught me the importance of clear communication and patience.

Later, I gained an NVQ in Food and Beverage Services and was promoted to assistant manager. This role refined my customer service skills, my clear speaking ability, and my attention to detail.
