I am from the Philippines. I can speak two languages: English and Tagalog. I am a Psychology major, and I do have a significant amount of experience with writing in English which includes screenplays, academic commissions, informational reports, and research papers. My hobbies include watching movies, listening to music, and traveling. I am interested in learning about different cultures. I became an ESL teacher because I enjoy talking to people and I want to be able to share my knowledge to them. For me, I think that the best way to teach is by constantly giving out words of encouragement and by providing a comfortable environment for students to learn. Some qualities that I possess are my communication and listening skills, friendly attitude, enthusiasm, and patience, which I believe are vital in teaching.
