I have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of London. I have also studied brewing science and microbiology at Bath University in the UK, where I originally trained as a brewer before moving to Japan.

I have over ten years of experience tutoring English and have grown a passion for helping my students master the language. I have tutored all ages, from the very young to adults, with goals such as preparing for work or travel abroad, test preparation (TOEIC, IELTS), pronunciation, and voice coaching. Having tutored for so long, I can quickly identify common language-learning mistakes and help you overcome them. Mistakes are part of the learning journey, and I would love to help you with yours!

My hobbies include running (I've run the Kobe, Tokyo, and London marathons), Snowboarding, Reading (like the Harry Potter series and Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy), and watching Boxing (my favorite sport to watch).
