Generally speaking, she is an okay tutor but not excellent at teaching kids to learn English. When the tutor asked my 7-year-old boy to explain a new word, he didn't know how to express himself. So the awkward silence lasted about one minute, and the tutor did not try to guide him to say it. After that, my boy cried and the tutor says that my boy don't know how to cook and can not understand these words. But the topic is assigned by his teacher in the School. Finally, I asked the tutor should we change to another topic? Then she selected a topic taking about desert in Egypt and insisted to do this topic even though I said maybe he cannot understand this topic. Obviously, he is not good at English and that is why we want to use Engoo. Maybe the tutor can be more gentle and patient with kids and try to guide kids to speak better English. Overall, it is not a delightful experience of English learning in Engoo. Noted: my 7-year-old boy cried after the silence.

영단어 의미를 알려주는데 시간를 허비하는 경향을 갖고 계심. 그냥 학생이 사전 찾아보면 되는 것인데.. 학생의 말을 듣기보다 본인이 더 말을 많이 하시는 스타일.

This is my first session with Alexis. The learning is effective in the short 25 minutes with Alexis. When I was speaking, she listened to me in patience. I am comfortable with her in the course.
